Return Policy
Explore Products wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a
30 day satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping). Merchandise may be
returned within 30 days of original purchase. Products must be in new unused
condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories,
blank warranty cards, instruction manuals and a copy of your receipt.
Rifle scopes that have been mounted are not returnable. Special Order items are not returnable without prior approval. Cases with combination locks must not have the red lock security strips removed or the combination changed. Please be sure to Insure your return for full value since we are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred while retuning an item to Explore Products.
Returns judged
not to be in new condition are subject to refusal or a 15 % restocking
fee. Returns must be postage paid, sorry we cannot accept COD shipments.
For your protection, please insure your return package for its full value. Please include a copy of your invoice so we can properly credit your transaction.

Please examine your package upon arrival. If there is any external damage,

we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to
